Meet Susie

Susie's aim in her classes is to guide students to discover their inner strength, resolve and resilience to support their overall well-being. Her classes focus on breathwork, alignment, and slow, intentional movements. She believes yoga is not just a form of exercise, but a holistic way of living that can bring about a sense of balance to your body, mind and spirit.

Susie trained in many styles of yoga including hatha, therapeutics, yin, restorative, myofascial release and yoga for mental health. She continually seeks opportunities to learn and lean into this ancient practice.
