Private Sessions
Private sessions are ideal for clients who are new to Pilates, in the process of recovering from an injury, pre or postpartum, feeling hesitant about group classes, or interested in learning about proper form and technique. We offer individual, duet and private groups (3+) sessions.
Our individual private sessions are either 45 or 55 minutes, while our duet and group private sessions are 55 minutes.
Group Classes
Our classes are Reformer based and suitable for various levels.
Reformer Flow is our standard class and is great for all levels. Jumpboard Blast is slightly more advanced and incorporates cardio. Athletic Reformer is our most advanced class and suitable only for highly experienced clients.
If you are unsure, we recommend starting with Reformer Flow classes. If you are new to Pilates, we recommend starting with private sessions.
