Cancellation / Refund Policy
All sessions (privates and group classes) require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance you will be automatically charged for the class or session. Client’s must cancel their group classes from their Mindbody account. Private sessions must be cancelled by phone or email. All sales are final and we are not able to offer refunds or extensions. Please check the expiration dates of our classes and appointments prior to purchasing!
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, adding your name to the waitlist allows you the opportunity to get into class if someone else cancels! You will automatically be added to the class (according to your order on the list) if a spot opens up more than 24 hours before the class starts. We will contact you via email or phone if a spot opens up within 24 hours to confirm your attendance.
