Meet Kate

Kate's passion for Pilates began 25 years ago and she has repeatedly returned to Pilates as her primary tool to help overcome her own injuries and maintain overall strength. She recognized Pilates' therapeutic value and started to dive deeper into its benefits not just for strength building, but for its healing power. Kate became certified in classical and contemporary Pilates five years ago and began working with Amelia to further her expertise. She enjoys working with all the smiling faces in her own community and seeing people improve their lives through Pilates.
