Meet Alice

Alice got into fitness whilst studying at college in England, where she was born and lived for the first thirty years of her life. She discovered Pilates post-college whilst working in her native city London. She instantly fell in love with the way it made her feel – both physically and mentally – and visited the studio next to her office several times a week. She still loves other forms of exercise, from boxing to HIIT, but Pilates is her passion and gives her a unique feeling of physical strength, joint and muscle health and flexibility, and mental well-being, that she doesn’t find anywhere else. It was this feeling that encouraged her to turn her passion into her profession and train as a Pilates instructor, to share the benefits of Pilates with others.

Alice just moved to San Francisco this year with her husband and excitedly joins as an instructor at Pilates Tiburon! It is important to her to be inclusive with clients (no matter where they’re at in their Pilates journey) whilst also challenging them, so they feel motivated throughout each session and delightfully proud of themselves after!
